This project bridges the gap between
the consumers and the sellers. A win-win situtation for both is
made possible by replacing the advertisements given by the sellers
in various medias, with the help of the consumers, who act as
a human media. Hence the huge expenditure on advertisement is
saved and the same fund is diverted to the consumers, with the
help of the co-ordinating operation done by this promotor. This
creates an opportunity for the consumers to earn money upto Rs.1
lakh every month.
A consumer development organisation
is under construction in the name of Amudhasurabhi in which any
consumer in India above 18 years of age can become a member on
payment of Rs.500/- as a yearly subscription. Every member of
this organisation will be provided with a card named “Income
Card” which is incorporated with the photograph of that
individual and a unique ID number.
Our members are designated as ‘consumer
guides’ since the awareness about the availability, quality
and pricing of various products & services are given to them
through our occasional meets, through internet, through internal
bulletin, VCDs, DVDs etc which is much useful to them to take
a right decision on their own purchases and to guide the society
in choosing the right product at the right time in the right place
for a right price. In addition to this, we have also a proposal
to create awareness for our members in various other areas like
health, medicine, education etc..through the above medias.
On the other side, the manufacturers,
traders and service providers who are in need of more customers
are approached for business tie-ups with our organisation which
would help them to improve their business with the help of the
members in our organisation, since they are directed to buy products
and and avail services in those outlets, in order to earn money.
Applications are received from them with the help of our members
and business tie-ups are finalised by a committe of members on
studying the present and past performance of that particular establishment
willing to do so, in considering various factors like quality
, pricing of their products and services, the delivery system,
promptness and customer satisfaction etc... This ends up with
negotiation and finalisation of the percentage of incentive to
be received from that establishment for passing over the benefits
to our members, which mainly depends upon the amount of turnover
to be materialised . On finalisation, an agreement is made for
a period of one year with the terms and conditions as agreed upon
mutually within the frame work of law. Those merchant establishments
which come into our fold are called Recognised Transaction Points.[RTP]
The list of such RTPs is Published
in this website www.actchaya.com, which helps in the identification
of places where various quality products and services are available
for our members. Our members can buy the products or avail the
services for their own requirements as well as for their friends
& relatives, available in those RTPs on payment of cash. In
addition to this, our members can even recommend those RTPs to
their friends & relatives to do purchases directly in those
places.
The unique ID Numbers of the members
are entered along with the date of transaction and the amount
of transaction of that individual member in those RTPs by their
staff at the time of every purchase, in a format provided by our
organisation. While our members are sending their friends &
relatives directly to those RTPs to make them buy for their own
requirements, our members have to give their ID numbers to them
and request them to enter that ID number in the RTPs where they
do transactions. On completion of every calender month, the statement
of transactions recorded in the given format is collected by the
authorised members of this organisation along with the incentive
amount from RTPs. The datas collected from various RTPs functioning
throughout the country are entered in the computer and processed
with the help of a customised software which is the nucleus of
this project. The revenue generated through the transactions of
members as well as received through subscriptions are divided
into various shares and passed on to our members depending upon
their performance.Since most of the calculations in this project
is based on percentage, our business plan is named as ‘Percentage
Magic’, which is divided into 2 segments as start business
and smart business.
For example let us assume that a particular member starts his/her
business by doing transactions in the following type of RTPs
as illustrated below.
In the above illustration this particular member has transacted
in 4 different type of RTPs @ Rs.100/-in each. The percentage
of incentive received from each RTP and the corresponding amount
is shown here and the reader should understand clearly that
the amount shown here is received directly by our organisation
for further processing and this amount will not be given directly
to the members by the RTP owners, either in the form of discounts
or in the name of any other incentives. This is stated here
to avoid any misunderstanding by the reader, since the whole
concept is based on the the amount received from the RTP owners
for the sake of business promotional activity done by our organisation.
The amount received by our organisation from various RTPs for
further processing is called ‘Revenue.’
The Process
From the above description it is evident that our organisation
receives money in two ways. They are A. Revenue generated through
the transactions of the members. B. Amount received through
the payment of membership subscription.
The incentive amount received
from the RTPs for every transaction done by our member which
is called the Revenue [R] is divided into 7 shares & similarly
the amount received through the payment of subscription is also
divided into 7 shares , as illustrated below .
* The names and the number of
shares are subject to change without prior intimation.
Out of the 14 shares 2 shares
are taken by our concern and since the QPBS, RGBS, and GIFT
are common in both, the remaining 9 shares are allocated for
the purpose of passing the benefits to our members. All these
9 shares become 9 ways of income to our members, and a 10th
way of income is also offered for our members for which the
amount is taken from a different place, which will be known
later. The percentage of allocation for each way of income is
furnished below.
* The percentages given are subject
to change without prior notice.
As such
our organisation offers these 10 ways of income to our members
in the following order. They are ITBS, QPBS, RGBS, GIFT, DSBS,
MLSB, TLSB, DMRB, DTRB, & MBS.
1.The First way of income [ITBS]
The amount for this way of income is taken
from the revenue received through the transaction of members.
50% of the revenue received from the RTPs through the transactions
of any particular member is immediately credited in to his/her
account as a minimum guaranteed percentage of income for that
card holder on every purchase. In this example given below the
member has transacted for an amount of Rs.400 in various RTPs
and the revenue generated is Rs.32. So 50% out of Rs.32 ie.,
Rs.16 will be credited into his/her account. This way of income
is known as Individual Transaction Bonus.[ITBS]
2. The
Second way of income [QPBS]
In order to encourage the members to do more business, ie.,
to motivate them to buy more, this way of income is given. A
common pool is created and 3 % of the amount out of the revenue
received from all the transactions throughout the country for
a full calender month is taken along with 0.25 % of the amount
out of the money received by way of subsciptions in a full calender
month and is credited into this common account and is distributed
by the following method to our members depending upon their
performance. This way of income is known as the Quantity Purchase
Bonus.[QPBS]. Let us now see the method of distribution of this
income in detail.
On completion of a calender month, the total amount of transactions
of every member is calculated and a descending order of IDs
according to their turnover is made. The total number of members
transacted on a particular month is taken into account and the
whole group is divided into 4 equal segments. The following
percentage of amount for each segment taken from the allocation
for this type of income is divided equally and distributed evenly
within each segment.
For example, let us assume that in a particular month the total
number of members transacted is 1000 and the amount received
for this account is Rs.4875/-and let us now see the illustration.
3. The Third way of income [RGBS]
In order to encourage the members to do more
business in the RTPs those who give more percentage of incentive
to our organisation, this additional incentive is used. ie.,
to create a competition amoung the RTPs to make them pay more
percentage of incentive to our organisation. Similar to QPBS
a common pool is created and 18 % of the amount out of the revenue
received from all the transactions through-out the country in
a full calender month is taken along with 0.5 % of the amount
out of the money received by way subsciptions in a full calender
month and is credited in to this common account and is distributed
by the following method to our members depending upon their
performance.
On completion of every calender month the total revenue generated
by every member because of his/her transactions in various RTPs
is calculated and a descending order of IDs according to their
revenue generation is made. The total number of members transacted
and generated revenue on a particular month is taken into account
and the whole group is divided into 4 equal segments and this
bonus is also shared among the members in a similar way to QPBS.The
meaning and comparison of income generation is illustrated as
follows.
In this example, though all the three ID Nos. 142700,143058,
and 143070 have transacted for the same amount of Rs.400/- the
income generated by each person varies. For this bonus only
this income generation is taken into account and the amount
of transaction is not considered. Now for example, let us assume
that in a particular month the total number of members transacted
is 1000 and the amount received for this account is Rs.27,750
/- and let us now see the illustration.
|
|
A point to be noted here is that any ID which has come
first in the QPBS list need not be a topper in the RGBS
list also, since there may be a huge difference between
the amount transacted and the revenue generated by that
ID. In this example, a member who had come first by
doing transactions for an amount of Rs. 41,000/- and
placed in the 1st segment in the QPBS list might go
to the last segment or even to the last place in the
RGBS list , if the transactions were done by them in
those RTPs which provide very low incentives to our
organisation like petrol bunks etc.
Similarly if a person placed in the 3rd segment in the
QPBS list who had bought a saree for an amount of Rs.20,000/-
might come first in the RGBS list, if the percentage
of incentive given by the textile shop to our organisation
is high. In this example, if the incentive given by
that textile shop owner is 15 % the income generated
by that individual will be Rs.3000/- which ranks first
in the RGBS list.

4. The Fourth
way of income [GIFT]
Attractive
gifts to the customers, a proven tactics in sales promotion
is also applied here. 1 % out of the revenue received from all
the transactions through-out the country in a full calender
month along with 0.25 % of the amount received by way of subscriptions
in a full calender month is credited into a common pool. The
total amount accumulated is fully utilised for this purpose
on a monthly basis by way of I, II & III, prizes to the
members based on their merits. Depending upon the growth of
membership and the increase in transactions, the amount collected
for this purpose will be high and the value of gifts also will
increase to the extent of presenting a car and other precious
items and this fund will also be utilised for free foreign trips
in the near future.
Smart
Business
5. The Fifth way of income [DSBS]
On usage of the ID number present in the
Income Card, the members can buy products & services for
their own requirements as well as for their friends & relatives.
This ID number can be given by that member to n-number of his/her
well wishers for usage on any purchase. This being the case,
the member alone will get income and his well wishers will not.
In case the friends, relatives or well wishers of that existing
member shows interest in earning money on seeing the income
of that particular member, that existing member can sponsor
such persons and can reap the benefit of compensation incentive.19.5
% out of the amount received from a new member which is the
the 1st share, along with one sixth of the percentage of amount
allocatted for the sixth share out of the same money , is utilised
for this purpose. In the present subscription amount of Rs.500/-
the total percentage of 20 % [ 19.5 % + 0.5 % ] comes to Rs.100/-
[ Rs.97.50 + Rs.2.50 ] This type of income is known as the Direct
sponsorship bonus.[DSBS]
|
A
new person promoted by an existing member will be placed
below him in a tree structure. Thus a team is formed below
every member. The member IDs are arranged in a 5 matrix
tree structure which gets multiplied as 5,25,125,625,3125,&
15625.upto 6 levels below every ID,which provides the
maximum strength of 19,530 members below every ID.One
member can sponsor any number of persons and only 5 members
can be placed directly below any ID in their 1st level
and the 6th, 7th, 8th, and other entries have to be placed
below the persons placed already in the 1st level. The
ID below which a new member to be placed can be decided
by the sponsor. However the sponsor will get the sponsorship
bonus for the corresponding number of entries brought
by him/her.
|
Equal rights are given for every ID to sponsor others and hence
the tree will grow automatically and a team formation for every
member is possible in this approach, since this has been well
planned according to the management principles. In this example
if “U” represents you then “ X ”is your
upline and the IDs 1 to 9 are sponsored by you directly. A model
placement of IDs in the tree structure is shown here for example
.In this, ID No. 9 sponsored by you has taken effort and has
brought in a new member “N”for which he receives
an income of Rs.100 as you received Rs.900 for sponsoring those
9 persons. The IDs 9,7,6, 4, U and X being the 6 immediateupline
members of “N” will be benefited through the forthcoming
incomes which we are going to see one by one.
6. The Sixth way of income [MLSB]
The amount for this way of income is taken
from the subscription paid by the members. 9 % out of the subscription
amount paid by a new member is utilised for this purpose. In
the present subscription amount of Rs.500/- an amount of Rs.45/-
is taken and this amount is distributed for the 6 immediate
upline members, in the following method. Existing members under
whom atleast a single new member has been placed can only get
this type of income. If a team has been already built below
an existing member, this type of income will fetch a good amount
of earning to him.
The revenue generated by each member among
the 6 upline members is taken into account and the amount allocated
for this way of income is distributed to those members in proportion
with their revenue generation in that particular month. This
can be clearly understood with the help of the following illustration.
The revenue generated by all the 6 upline
members are added and that total amount is taken as 100 % and
the revenue share percentage of each individual is calculated.
Depending upon the percentage of revenue generation of each
member, the amount allocated for this 6th way of income is distributed.
This is the key innovative method invented and implemented by
our organisation in order to make our members to do transactions
regularly in the RTPs.If the income earned by each member as
per the illustration is noticed carefully, we can understand
clearly that the individual who has generated the maximum revenue
for our organisation capitalises the maximum out of the amount
allocated for this purpose from the subscription received from
a single individual placed below him/her. Since the same individual
revenue percentage of all the 6 persons is applied for calculating
the income for that whole month, all these 6 members will get
income accordingly from the amount received by way of subscriptions
paid by all the newly joined members below them in that particular
month, which may amount for a big income.
For the sake of calculation, if we assume the amount of revenue
generated by all the 6 members are equal, the percentage of
revenue generation of all those 6 members will be 16.67 % In
this example, the amount allocated for this type of income is
Rs.45/-. When this percentage is applied on the allocated amount,
each member will get @ Rs. 7.50/- If this amount is multiplied
with the number of entries placed below any of the 6 members
in that particular month, the income of the individual members
in the line of sponsorship can be known.
Since the subscription amount has to be paid annually by every
member, there is a possibility to get the above type of income
every year as long as the members placed below duly renew their
membership on expiry. If we assume that there are 19,530 members
placed below an ID and if all of them renew their membership
regularly, there is a chance to get a permanent income of Rs.1,46,475/-
every year, when calculated as per the assumed example given
in the illustration. ie., 19,530 X Rs.7.50/- When this amount
is divided for 12 months, the average monthly income would be
Rs.12,206.25/-. This way of income is known as Membership Line
Sharing Bonus. [MLSB]
7. The Seventh way of income [TLSB]
The method of distribution of this type of income is also similar
to the 6th way of income. In that way of income , we saw the
income potential for any member under whom a team is built either
with his/her own effort or with the help of his/her upline or
downline in his/her tree structure. In this 7th way of income
we are going to see the income potential for the same member,
due to the transactions of his/her downlines.
On assumption that the members placed below a particular ID
[existing member] are doing a regular monthly transaction for
a minimum amount of Rs. 3000/- and the revenue generation of
all such members is only Rs.150/- per month, when calculated
with an average of 5 % in that transacted amount of Rs. 3000/-
being the probable average incentive to be given by the RTPs.,
we shall calculate the income potential for the members under
whom the team is built.
In this
example as per the assumption, the revenue generation due to
the transactions of that particular member placed below is Rs.150/-.
If this amount is multiplied with 15 % being the percentage
of share allocated for this way of income, we can get the amount
of Rs. 22.50/- allocated for distribution to the 6 members in
the line of sponsorship. This amount is also distributed to
those 6 members in the similar way to the 6th way of income.
The individual percentage of revenue generation among the 6
members are calculated and this amount of Rs.22.50/-is distributed
accordingly, which can be understood clearly with the help of
the following illustration.
If the
income earned by each member as per the illustration is noticed
carefully, we can understand clearly that the individual who
has generated the maximum revenue for our organisation capitalises
the maximum out of the amount allocated from the revenue received
through the transactions of a single individual placed below
him/her. Since the same individual revenue percentage is applied
for calculating the income for all the 6 persons for that whole
month, all these 6 members will get income accordingly from
the amount received by way of the revenue generated through
transactions of all the members below them in that particular
month.
For the sake of calculation of this income, if we assume that
the amount of revenue generated by all the 6 members are equal,
as we saw in the last way of income, the percentage of revenue
generation of all those 6 members will be 16.67 %. In this example,
the amount allocated for this type of income is Rs. 22.50/-.
When this percentage is applied on the allocated amount, each
member will get @ Rs. 3.75 /- If this amount is multiplied with
the number of persons placed below a particular member those
who have done transactions for the assumed amount and have generated
the assumed revenue in that particular month, the income of
the individual members in the line of sponsorship can be known.
Since all the members in our organisation
have understood clearly about the importance of doing transactions
every month regularly, there is a possibility to get the above
type of income every month as long as the members placed below
do transactions regularly. If we assume that there are 19,530
members placed below an ID and if all of them do transactions
for an amount of Rs. 3000/- every month, and if the revenue
generated by all of them is Rs.150/-, there is a possibility
to get a permanent income of Rs.73,237.50 /- every month, when
calculated as per the assumed example given in the illustration.
ie., 19,530 X Rs.3.75 /-. This way of income is known as Transaction
Line Sharing Bonus. [TLSB]
8. The Eighth way of income [DMRB]
Though the 6th & 7th ways of income are planned very wisely
to make our members do transactions regularly, some of our members
may not be in a position to do transactions in some months due
to the following reasons like the non availability of RTPs nearer
to their homes because of transferring their family from one
place to another and due to their inability to do transactions
on any month because of their sickness or ageing. Our organisation
has also planned to provide a permanent income for our members
even in such circumstances, by way of this 8th and 9th way of
incomes which we are going to see now, one by one.
The amount required for the 8th way of income is taken from
the amount received by way of subscription. 3 % of the present
subscription amount is taken and is distributed for 6 members
in the line of sponsorship. For this way of income the method
of distribution differs with the previous 2 ways of income.
Here when this 3 % is multiplied with the present amount of
subscription, an amount of Rs. 15/- is allocated for the distribution
to the 6 members. This amount is divided equally and distributed
evenly to all the 6 members @ Rs. 2.50/- each without any condition
like the individual percentage of revenue generation. Hence
all the members under whom a team is built can get this type
of income even if they do not do transactions on any month.
Since the subscription amount has to be paid
annually by every member, there is a possibility to get this
type of income every year as long as the members placed below
duly renew their membership on expiry. If we assume that there
are 19,530 members placed below an ID and if all of them renew
their membership regularly, there is a possibility to get a
permanent income of Rs.48,825/- every year, as long as this
member keep his/her membership live by proper & timely renewal.
This figure is arrived as per the example given in the illustration.
ie., 19,530 X Rs.2.50/- When this amount is divided for 12 months,
the average monthly income would be Rs.4,068.75 /-. This way
of income is known as the Determined Membership Recurring Bonus.
[DMRB].
9. The Ninth way of income [DTRB]
The amount required for this 9th way of income
is taken from the revenue received through the transactions
of the member placed below. 3 % of the revenue received is taken
and is distributed for the 6 members in the line of sponsorship.
When this 3 % is multiplied with the assumed revenue generation
of Rs. 150/- as per the example, an amount of Rs. 04.50/- will
be the amount for distrbution to the 6 members.
This amount is divided equally and distributed evenly to all
the 6 members @ Rs. 00.75/- each without any condition like
the individual percentage of revenue generation. Hence all the
members under whom a team is built can get this type of income
even if they do not do transactions in any month.
Since all
the members in our organisation have understood clearly about
the importance of doing transactions every month regularly,
there is a possibility to get the above type of income every
month as long as the members placed below do transactions regularly.
If we assume that there are 19,530 members placed below an ID
and if all of them do transactions for an amount of Rs. 3000/-
every month, and if the revenue generated by all of them is
Rs.150/-, there is a possibility to get a permanent income of
Rs.14,647.50 /- every month, as long as this member keep his
/her membership live by proper & timely renewal. This figure
is arrived as per the assumed example given in the illustration.
ie., 19,530 X Rs. 00.75 /-. This way of income is known as Determined
Transaction Reccurring Bonus. [DTRB]
10. The Tenth way of income [MBS]
In addition to all the above said incomes, one more income is
also given to our members in order to motivate those who receive
lesser income. This bonus is calculated after knowing the nett
income generated by each & every member in all the above
said 9 ways. 1% of the amount is deducted from the earnings
of all the members and is kept separately for giving this type
of income. As we saw the percentage of ‘revenue generation’
in the 6th and 7th ways of income, here we are going to calculate
the percentage of ‘income generation’ of each individual
in the total amount for disbursement. The method of calculation
and distribution of this type of income can very well be understood
with the help of the following illustration.
The ID numbers are arranged in the descending
order according to their income generation on a particular month.
The percentage of income of every member out of the total amount
for disbursement is calculated and listed parallely. The descending
order of this percentage values are reversed from top to bottom
, keeping the ID numbers in the same order. Now for the member
who is in the bottom most position in the original list with
the lowest percentage of income is given a higher incentive
by drawing the top most person’s income share percentage
of amount from the fund kept for this purpose. Similarly the
member in the top most position in the original list with the
highest percentage of income is given a lower incentive by drawing
the bottom most person’s income share percentage of amount
from the fund kept for this purpose.
Conclusion:
So far we saw the10 ways of income,
offered by our organisation individually. Now we shall see the
total income potential and the magnitude of this project. The
members those who have completed the 6 levels of membership
growth below them, have the possibility of getting a regular
monthly income of Rs.1,04,160/-, as per the projection, only
through the 4 ways of income namely the MLSB, TLSB, DMRB, &
DTRB as long as they are doing transactions, and a regular monthly
income of Rs.18,716.25/- as per the projection only through
the 2 ways of income namely DMRB & DTRB even in their period
of retirement till their life time.
Since the income shown here is
only a projection based on the assumption that every member
placed below does an average monthly transaction for an amount
of Rs.3000/-. If that average monthly transaction becomes double
even due to the increase in prices or due to the increase in
the spending power of the people, the respective income also
becomes doubled. So it would be a great fortune for our members,
that they need not at all worry even if the price of the commodities
increase steeply in future.
Since this project is helpful
for every body and creates a win-win situation, this can very
well be taken up globally, to promote the Indian economy as
a whole by creating opportunities to sell our own Indian Products
in the international market. Hence we have geared up our efforts
towards such a big move. So we request every Indian to be a
part of this mega project which provides a golden opportunity
to make our nation a super power.
We might have heard the city
talk like, ‘If at all an opportunity was given to those
talented people, they would have shane like the sun’.
But today in this competitive world many have started proving
that the real talent is the capability to create opportunities
for their own development. Such being the case, will any one
reject our concept which creates a golden opportunity to earn
money and which is given just like a ready to eat amla soaked
in honey? Best wishes for the existing members and advance greetings
for the incoming members to get greater success in their lives!.
Thank you.
FAQs:
Q :
Is it possible for every member to achieve
this target of getting 19,530 members below and to earn income
above Rs.1 lakh every month?
A :
It is quiet possible since the time limit is not fixed and this
is only a minute figure when compared with global population.
Also a comparison of marks scored in an examination can be taken
as an example to answer this question. All the students those
who write the examinations are not getting 100% marks. But here
in our concept even if every member is able to get only 10%
success in the first year his income would be more than Rs.10,000/-per
month. This much of income today for a part time freelance job
is really a big thing. Not only that, when a person has started
earning this much of income his/her income in the subsequent
months is going to be only on the rise.
Q : Is
it possible to start getting this 1 lakh rupees of regular monthly
income immediately within a few days from the date of joining
?
A : Many
students today could not even develop their talents and capabilities
even to earn a monthly salary of Rs. 5000/-even after studying
for a period of 15 years by spending time and money though so
many companies are offering a huge salary. Such being the case
how one can expect to earn such a big money immediately without
any experience? The income in this concept will only start in
a small level in the begining and will be ever increasing.
Q :
How long it would take to reach the monthly income target of
Rs.1 lakh ?
A : It depends upon the effort
of the individual member as well as the co-operation extended
by his uplines and the downlines. The target may even be acheived
within a period of one year if a continuous effort has been
put with self confidence and perseverance.
Q :
what would be the poisition in case if a particular RTP tries
to hide the transactions done by the members of this organisation
?
A : Such type of deliberate activities
are not at all possible since our organisation provides a statement
of income to the transacted members during the subsequent month
of their transactions. In this statement the total turnover
made by that member is given as per the particulars received
from various RTP’s. In case of any discrepancy the left-out
detail from any RTP can be identified and if the problem occurs
repeatedly in any particular RTP that RTP will be terminated.
Q : What would be the status of
the card holder if the income card in his/her hand is stolen
or lost ?
A : Nothing to be worried, since
even if the ID number is used by any third person, the benefits
will be received only by the owner of the card. A new card can
also be given to the loser on receipt of a nominal fees, as
duplicate.
Advantages & Usefulness
to the Society:
This innovative system thus motivates
the buyers to buy more & more things for themselves as well
as for their friends, relatives & well wishers from the
Recognised Transaction Points. So it helps the individuals to
do business & earn more money without investing in shops,
stocks, advertisement etc and to eliminate management problems
& over heads totally.
Total time freedom is available
for these members since the business can be carried out as per
their convenience. Income is guarenteed for every person who
puts his/her efforts. This creates an independent income earning
opportunity to several lakhs of people. Since the rich people
are using the services of our members, a good amount of money
is drawn from them and distributed to the service providers.
So it helps to create economic justice.
Since our members are designated
as ‘Consumer Guides’ they may give their business
cards to many to expand their contacts & business. Career
guidance is also given by our members to many and hence the
unemployed youth, the housewives, the aged, the poor and so,
irrespective of their education levels can take up this opportunity
which helps them to earn money for a comfortable living. Thus
it also helps in preventing people being carried away by the
words and activities of anti-social elements.
In addition to all these, this
concept helps the individuals for their self development since
it develops the most wanted skills of the day like Communication,
salesmanship, leadership etc. It also develops good friendship
& goodwill among people and helps to acheive commual harmony
since the people from all the groups irrespective of caste creed,
color, & religion work together for the betterment of the
society.
Advantages to the Manufacturers, traders
& service Providers:
It is a known fact that
every business in this world can be run only if there are consumers
for their products & services. Since our organisation provides
the consumers to them directly, they save a large investment
on advertisement & the risk factor is also eliminated in
taking back the investment. It also helps the business people,
who could not spend huge money on advertisement.
Since we are recommending only
the outlets to our members, and the slection of their desired
products in those outlets are left to their own choice, the
manufacturers and the distributors of various products may advertise
their products in our proposed internal magazine which is sent
exclusively for our members, and in our website which would
be very much cost effective and result oriented.
Our system also helps in cutting down the land cost in posh
areas since there is no necessity for the seller to keep their
premises in a prime place to attract the consumers.[ie.our members]
Since the business focus is given
only for selective outlets, a chance is given for the seller
to improve his stock position, service facilities etc &
win over the competition. Since the survival of the fittest
being the fate of the day, a hand lift can be given for the
struggling business men, for their trouble free survival &
improvement of their business.
The failing businessmen who do
not have such marketing tieup with our organisation may take
a membership, promote sales to others by using their card, can
promote more members, create a team below them and the same
can be utilised by them for their future business.
Amazing feature of this concept.
An amazing feature is also created,
if a businessman in our marketing tieup (ie a RTP) involves
in membership promotion. If a team is built by the owner of
a RTP and if any one or more of his/her team members buy products
in some other RTP of same kind instead of buying the same in
his/her shop, this businessman is able to get income from the
other RTP (ie from his/her competitor) through their downlines.
Such type of advantages can never even be thought of in any
other system other than ours.
The role & commitment
of members.
Members of this organisation
necessarily has to do the following activities for their own
development. Members should regularly purchase the items required
to them as well as to others in the RTPs every month, even if
the RTPs are situated far away from the residence of the members.
If it is not practically possible to travel such a long distance
every time, members should take initiative in identifying the
best outlets in their own home towns, negotiate with the owners
and should try to bring those outlets into our fold. They should
also recommend their friends & relatives to do transactions
in those RTPs situated in various parts of our country. In addition
to this, the existing members should try to promote new members
residing nearby the RTPs.
Advertisements:
Advertisements
are placed in our website in an innovative method. We have organised
in such a way that the full screen advertisements have to be
viewed compulsorily by the navigators every time they proceed
to the next topic. Hence our customers will get 100% value for
the money spent by them. The size and the stay period of advertisements
can also be varied depending upon the budget of our customers.
Our members who canvass and bring advertisements to our website
will be remunerated by us through the methods told in our business
plan.

Monthly Magazine
In order to provide a regular
monthly communication to our members a plan of publishing a
monthly magazine is also proposed. This magazine can very well
be utilised for creating awareness among consumers about the
launch of new products & services, the latest features &
facilities of the existing products etc. and to educate them
in finding out the adulteration in products & about the
harms created to the human body by using certain products in
the market by sharing the experiences of various members. Also
various achievements in the performance of our members will
be given due importance & will be recognised by way of publishing
their photos. Advertisements of various products & services
can also be placed in this magazine and hence one more opportunity
is created for our members to earn money by collecting advertisements
from various product manufacturers & sponsors. However ads.
of shops and establishments other than our RTPs cannot be placed
since it would be meaningless.

enrolment and hence the same can be retrieved only during that
period. However the same can be renewed every year on payment
of the prescribed fee and any change in address, contact numbers
or the value of products / properties, design of advertisements
